The Bird
This is the first turkey that I ever made.
And the first time in a LONG time that I roasted something that didn't catch fire.
I took the photo because I am just so proud of myself. I didn't think I could do it. Plus......I'm using it as proof to everybody else who didn't think I could do it. Including Fred who was not yet home from work.
