5th-Grade-Flunkie
Last week Nathan asked me when I could come down to one of his middle school classes and volunteer. So I sent a note to his homeroom teacher saying that I would be available some afternoon this week. She asked me to come this afternoon for math class.
Last night Nathan scolds himself for not bringing his math book home for me to study.
ME to study.
I asked him why he thought that was necessary for ME to study before I volunteered. He politely explained to me that he didn't think I was smart enough to help out with 5th grade math.
Ohhhhh.....he thought I was an embarrassment to him before....I can't wait for math class today.

Let us know how you did in math class?
This will be interesting to hear, just how you did in math class. It is still early in the year, so maybe it is refresher from 4th grade. I have faith that you will do just fine.;) Nathan was just looking out for your best interest and not wanting you choke.
math class was full of story problems. they weren't easy. But OBVIOUSLY i am smarter than a 5th grader.
and a good actor.
Way to go girl!
